Author Jack Heath published this book before graduating high school. So, if you’re approaching this book with the idea that it will be poorly written, you are definitely in for a surprise. This book follows the superhuman agent Six of Hearts who works for an agency called “The Deck.” This cleverly structured organization is made up of the four suits and all of the cards representing them, from aces to kings with two jokers heading the entire operation.

With a world run by an evil organization, the Deck is the only justice-bringing agency to thwart the bad guys. Every page is chock full of action and suspense, and the imagery is so vivid you can place yourself in Six of Heart’s shoes. A fast-paced read, this book is perfect for anyone who likes fights and stealth missions and fighting robots.
